At the February 20th San Diego Roadster Club Banquet, Rick was presented with the 2009 Nolan White Top Speed plaque. Rick's name will be added to the Top Speed trophy as well for Team Vesco's successful effort at Speed Week 2009. After an engine swap and class change Rick jumped into #444 "Little Giant" with its 372 small block Chevy and made a first run of 335 mph with a top speed of 349! His record run was rewarded by entrance into the prestigious 300 mph Club!
