Gale Banks' foil heat shields helps control under body heat and protects vital oil & fuel lines as well as exterior body paint.
Equal length primary tube header make for a very challenging fit. Note: The modified throttle linkage - the very trick Engler compound llinkage - couldn't be used for body clearence reasons, sorry Tim.
The Liberty air shift 5-speed is heat shield protected, including the critical shift logic device or "brain" as most call it.
The flat plate around the Engler injector stacks seals against the cold air box and two outside air scoops. We gain some positive pressure at speed.
The eight Engler 2 5/8 throttle bodies sit on top of a common plenum chamber feeding air through the 6" long intake runners. The 4 lines leading to the cold air plate provide air the low port injector nozzles and prevents any fuel leakage onto the headers at high speed & shutdown..
