DAVE SPANGLER & TURBINATOR II SET HISTORIC NEW RECORD: 482.646 MPH!
At the World of Speed event (September 14 - 17, 2018), on the Bonneville Salt Flats, driver Dave Spangler and Team Vesco's TURBINATOR II smashed its own record, setting a new National record of 482.646 mph with a top speed of 492 mph! This is the fastest recorded speed of any wheel driven vehicle in world and a truly historic moment.
